Processing Time :

• All items are made to order and can take up to 7-10 business days to complete. Shirts/Sweatshirts will take 10-14 business days to complete. During the holidays there might be a longer processing time depending on the item.

Shipping:

• Shipping will be USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail or UPS.

• Customer is responsible for providing the correct address. Items returned due to a incorrect address will need to be resent at the buyers cost.

• Once the item is shown as delivered no refunds or replacements will issued. Please make sure you have a secure location for deliveries. 

Cancellations:

• Cancellations will be accepted within 24hrs of placing your order.

• Cancellation on personalized/custom orders will not be accepted if production has started on the item. 

Return Policy :

• If the customer receives the product and is unhappy for any reason please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Buyer will need to state what the issue is and provide pictures.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Product need to be returned within 7 days.

• Original shipping paid will not be included in refund.

• Refund will be issued once the product is received back in the condition it was sent.
